In half-light I exist,
Since the Alpha, my beginning.
My skin depends on where I fall.
Snow tries to cover me, but never succeeds.
I dance with the wind
Through passages and tongues.
My fingers compliment the light,
Create the mountains in your mind.
I remember licking stones around firelight.
I watched the ice form, layer by layer.
The moon is friendlier to me than the sun.
People try to escape me ; it’s hilarious.
Inside me ; are the secrets of life.
And my ribbons tide the world
In endless enigma.
